Forrest Health & Safety was formed by dynamic duo, Jacqui Falvey and Sophie Forrest in July 2020, despite being in the middle of a global pandemic.
With their success of building ForrestHR and Forrest Training Academy, they identified a need to expand their business services offering further.
Jacqui and Sophie co-direct Health & Safety, working in unison.

Senior Health & Safety Consultant
Nick’s specialisms are delivering business added value, risk management solutions, training, safety culture change and organisation health and safety improvements. Nick also provides coaching and advise to employees, senior management, and board directors.
Nick brings over 20 years of health and safety management knowledge and experience, shaping and guiding businesses in industry and commercial sectors.
Sophie Forrest

Group Operations Manager
Sarah is the true backbone to all 5 elements of Forrest Group.
Providing essential support to the Directors and the rest of the team’s within Forrest Group, Sarah ensures all 5 elements of the business are operating effectively and in line with the core values of what they all stand for.
